the location was very good.
It was far from ideal. it took more than ten calls to the reception to order all three meals for her! i called several times for everything. they told me she could scan a qr code to order food, but she doesn't speak english and couldn't scan the qr code.

the staff were always quick to help with anything i needed and remembered my name each morning a romantic touch the breakfast buffet had many options each day with fresh fruit and pastries i felt cared for the room was super clean with fresh linens and a wonderful view.

our premium king room was spacious and beautifully furnished the bed provided restful sleep with soft pillows amenities included a mini-fridge and coffee maker the room also offered a city view a romantic touch.

poor communicationdismissive attitude
the staff seemed unprepared for half-board guests. i was told i couldn't dine due to a special day, quite confusing because i hadn't received any prior notice about these restrictions. this lack of communication and the dismissive attitude from the staff really dampened my experience, unfortunate considering the hotel's reputation.
